Design Notes
The 5' and 3' amyE integration sequences were PCR cloned from the B. subtilis integration vector pDR111 using Pfu DNA polymerase. The double terminator, GFP gene and chlorapmphenicol acetyltransferase gene were taken from the registry. The sequence of promoter Pveg and RBS spoVG were taken from papers.
